OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES

Article 1 – Organization

The raffle is organized by the TARZAN DZ association, governed by the law of July 1, 1901, declared in the prefecture under number W133040265 , whose head office is located at 96 Rue Paradis, 13006 Marseille, France . Its exclusive purpose is to finance the association's non-profit activities, including the care, reception, and protection of animals within the sanctuary located in Thailand.

Article 2 – Dates

The raffle is open from May 6, 2025 at 00:00 to June 30, 2025 at 00:00. The draw will take place on June 30 at 8:00 PM French time, live on Tiktok.

Article 3 – Participation

The raffle is open to any individual who is of legal age on the date of entry. Minors are not permitted to participate, even with parental consent. Each ticket costs €5 and is valid for a single entry. No refunds will be issued unless the organizer cancels the entire contest.

Article 4 – Lot

The prize up for grabs is an all-inclusive trip for one person to the sanctuary in Thailand, including a round-trip flight from Paris to Thailand, 7 nights' accommodation, meals during the stay, and a visit to the sanctuary. The prize's indicative value is €3,500.

This prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot give rise to any financial compensation or consideration of any kind whatsoever.

Article 5 – Drawing of lots

The winner will be randomly drawn using certified drawing software or by a bailiff. The association reserves the right to cancel or postpone the draw without notice if circumstances beyond its control require it. The winner will be contacted within 48 hours of the draw by email. If there is no response within 7 calendar days, the prize will be considered lost and a new draw may be held.

Article 6 – Obligations of the winner

The winner must, without exception:

  • Provide valid ID.

  • Present a valid passport, valid for at least 6 months after the expected return date.

  • Sign a full liability waiver (see article 7) before committing to a reservation.

  • Provide proof of personal travel insurance (including health, repatriation and liability).

  • Comply with the health, administrative, customs and migration regulations in force in Thailand.

Any refusal or failure to comply with any of these elements will result in the automatic cancellation of the prize, without compensation or recourse.

Article 7 – Disclaimer

The winner fully releases the TARZAN DZ association as well as any partner or member of the team, from any civil, criminal, medical, financial or administrative liability , in particular in the event of:

  • Medical problem, accident, injury or illness occurring before, during or after the stay.

  • Delay, cancellation or modification of flight, strike, loss of baggage, or any other transport hazard.

  • Problems related to climate, animals, local infrastructure, food, or the environment.

  • Refusal of entry or expulsion by Thai authorities, or failure to comply with visa regulations.

  • Acts of terrorism, political unrest, natural disaster, or any event deemed force majeure.

The trip is undertaken at the sole responsibility of the winner who participates knowingly and at his own risk . No legal or financial recourse may be taken against the association, its representatives, its volunteers or partners.

Article 8 – Personal data

The data collected (first name, last name, email, address, number of tickets) is used solely for the management of the raffle. It will under no circumstances be used for revenue or commercial purposes. In accordance with the GDPR, each participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data, upon simple request by email to tarzandzsanctuaries@gmail.com

Article 9 – Cancellation / force majeure

The association reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or postpone the raffle without justification and without having to provide compensation in the event of force majeure or if security, logistical, or legal conditions are not met. It also reserves the right to refuse any participation deemed fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of the game.

Article 10 – Acceptance of the regulations

Participation in the raffle implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules, as well as the decisions taken by the association, which will be final and without appeal.
